The Restaurant Association sought member feedback on the impact of Covid-19 in a series of short surveys.
This survey was conducted on 16 August, 2020.
Members were asked if they would open their business for contactless delivery and pick-up, at Alert Level 4 (if we move back to this level at any time in the future)?
Key findings:
- 51% indicated they would open if they could at Level 4 (for contactless delivery and pick-up).
- 12% were undecided.
MEMBER FEEDBACK:
“I feel we all need to be able to operate in some fashion as many will have used their reserves already. ”
