2. Food Safety, 1 Day
This one day food safety qualification is ideal for anyone handling food in a commercial kitchen. 3. Beginner’s course to opening your food business, 10 Weekends
This course provides you with what you need to know to set up your own café, food truck, pop-up concept, catering business or restaurant. Over the first 6 weekends (Modules 1-6), you will learn the key facts that will help you to build your dream starting with your concept, the physical set up of the kitchen, food safety requirements through to costing your food and marketing your brand. Modules 7 – 10 cover compliance for Food Safety and to sell Alcohol, Barista skills and Certificate in Wines. You can sign up for 10 weekends or for the individual modules.
