This member survey conducted in July 2023.
This survey gathered feedback from around the country on business owners’ current recruitment experiences. Who has been recruiting for staff (senior or junior) over the past 2 months and how easy or difficult it is filling vacancies? This survey sought to drill down on current recruitment experiences to find out in which areas there may be skill gaps.
Key findings:
- 84% say their business is not currently fully staffed.
- 92% say that it is extremely difficult, or difficult to recruit for mid-senior positions
- 82% say that it is extremely difficult, or difficult to recruit for junior positions
