This survey gathered feedback from around the country on business owners’ current recruitment experiences. Who has been recruiting for staff (senior or junior) over the past 2 months and how easy or difficult it is filling vacancies? This survey sought to drill down on current recruitment experiences to find out in which areas there may be skill gaps.
Key findings:
- 69% have recruited for a mid-senior position over the past 2 months
- 74% indicate that the degree of difficulty in finding a suitable candidate is extremely difficult
- 79% have you recruited for a junior position over the past 2 months
- 39% indicate that the degree of difficulty in finding a suitable candidate is extremely difficult
