The Hospitality Dashboard is a monthly snapshot of the industry, covering key data, initiatives led by the industry over the month, member commentary, future considerations and the common pain points.

  • Drastic reduction in clientele
  • 70% believe that Alert Level 2 is too restrictive for hospo

Actions led by the industry this month:

  • Development of sector’s Alert Level 2 Operational Guidelines
  • Establishment of Hospitality COVID-19 Recovery Taskforce
  • Hosted 12 COVID-19 or professional development webinars
  • Creation of 10 new member resources, such as essential guides,
    signs and templates
  • #DineoutTakeout campaign launched
  • Association Chief Executive approached by MBIE for Auckland
    Regional Skills Leadership Group
  • Association recommendation of 14 regionally based hospitality
    leaders for all other Regional Skills Leadership Groups
  • Support for two Expressions of Interest applications for TEC’s
    Service Industry Workforce Development Council interim
    Establishment Board (iEBs)
  • Creation of Monthly Hospitality Dashboard
