2025 Hospitality Industry Remuneration Survey

The Restaurant Association remuneration survey has been running for more than twenty years, collecting comprehensive wage and salary data on job positions in the hospitality and accommodation industry. The latest survey was conducted in April 2025, with results released in July 2025.

With wage pressures continuing to climb and the competition for great staff fiercer than ever, having access to up-to-date pay benchmarks is essential for every hospitality employer. Employers need up to date information on remuneration and conditions of employment to assist with:

The hospitality industry remuneration survey is provided electronically and can be analysed by position, regionally and by type  and size of business to enable business owners to drill down the results to suit their business type and location.
