Flexible Structure

Each business’ situation is different and the beauty of this scheme is that you can tailor it to suit your own business and it’s individual needs.

Pre-existing conditions covered

When certain criteria is met, members on the scheme will all be eligible for the major benefit of PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS cover.

Available for Family

It is also flexible in that it allows for the employee’s family to also join the policy, and additional cover can be added at the employee’s own cost.  They too have access to pre-existing conditions cover when added to the employee’s policy.

Premiums

Premiums are calculated in an unique way for a group scheme, using the average age of all the employees in the group. For example if you have 7 members and had an average age of 35, employee premiums will be applied to all 7 members at age 35.
