Jim Roberts heads up the Employment Law Team at Hesketh Henry. He has a wealth of experience in helping businesses manage their employment law issues and provides strategic advice regarding employment disputes,restructuring, health and safety, and compliance issues. He has particular expertise in Holidays Act and other minimum code legislation, and extensive experience in collective bargaining and union disputes.

Eloise is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team at Hesketh Henry and specialises in Employment Law. Eloise leads mediations on a regular basis and has appeared in the Employment Court, the Family Court, the District Court and the High Court.
