POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position purpose The wait staff role is one that involves attending to the needs of the guest as required and directed in a polite and friendly manner.

Main Tasks.

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering these orders to guests
• Passionate about delivering a high standard of service to different types of clientele
• Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner
• Ensure good standard of cleanliness and presentation of {insert type of venue}
