Stonyridge Vineyard is a specialist ultra-premium red wine producer and restaurant located in arguably New Zealand’s most desirable living location, and best climate; Waiheke Island.

Internal Report: You will report directly to the General Manager

The role is to oversee and organise all Marketing and Events at Stonyridge Vineyard, co-ordinating with the Hospitality manager to deliver an excellent customer experience. These experiences range from day-to-day vineyard bistro bookings through to organising groups, exclusive functions, weddings, hosting celebrities/VIP’s and large functions for up to 2000 people. The successful applicant will possess proven promotion techniques, including social & traditional media, as well as a good understanding of financial aspects of delivering event ROI. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organisational skills required to not leave anything to chance.

To be successful in this role you will need:
• A fun sense of humour and desire to work in a fun, friendly environment
• A passion for food, wine and hospitality and a strong sense of customer satisfaction
• Good IT skills, with experience using Hubspot or similar CRM systems
• Good communication, (written and oral) motivation and organisational skills
• Previous experience managing hospitality driven events is essential, ideally both in NZ and overseas
• Planning, coordinating and absolute attention to detail

The successful candidates must be a NZ resident or hold a current valid NZ work visa.
