Do you love Italian food, perhaps speak Italian and looking to work in a family run Italian restaurant? Do you have a passion for Italian food, language and customs?

We are looking for a Duty Manager who has proven customer service experience and also is a genius with social media and IT systems. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills with extensive food and beverage experience are also necessary.

We are looking for someone who can coordinate daily restaurant management operations and respond efficiently to all our customer needs. Are you forward thinking, skilled in promotion, and with the ability to co ordinate both front and back of house? Superior service and customer satisfaction are what we strive for. Ultimately you will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant so that our customers have the best possible dining experience

You will need:
Italian food and wine knowledge
Computer literacy
Experience in event planning
Strong leadership and people skills
Good financial management skills
Critical thinker and problem solver
Nurture a positive work environment
Team Player
Good time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Current Duty Managers License or no reason to not obtain one.
