This is a senior management role you will:
Assist in the development of the Amisfield Guest Experience.
Have experience in an operations-based restaurant role at a high level and will be responsible for all compliance, recruitment, inductions, training, rosters & people management.
Be a team player, able to ensure that the good of The Team and Business, supersedes the individual’s personal wants, needs and desires
Have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Be friendly and professional with a high level of presentation
Able to create and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and partners
Able to work under pressure with ability to remain calm and respectful to others in difficult situations
Ability to work flexibility “non-standard” hours when required
Be passionate about work, with a hunger to learn
Have strong organisational, administrative and computer skills, with an ability to prioritise, multi-task, lead, direct and solve problems effectively
You will be passionate about customer service, New Zealand food and our unique wine offering.
