| Papakura’s leading dining restaurant is in pursuit of a part time (at this stage, with potential to expand in the future) hot line Chef. |
| This is a contemporary 40 seater restaurant which has gained considerable acclaim since starting last year. We are now looking so part time assistance in our kitchen to help further establish the South Auckland dining market.
Below are the relevant qualifications/ skills we would want as a minimum for an appropriate candidate:
Minimum 5 years hot line experience in a reasonable quality property or restaurant
Ability to problem solve on their feet (initiative is highly regarded)
Clearly spoken & written command of English
Passionate about the hospitality industry (someone interested in progressing the industry, not as an income source only)
Neatly presented & takes pride in the appearance of themselves & their food
