Managing dine by Peter Gordon will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your extensive fine dining qualifications and experience, leadership capabilities, tuned communication skills and extensive NZ and international wine and food knowledge. You will be a passionate and cultured Restaurant Management managing operational, financial (Revenue development, budgeting, forecasting, expense management and P & L top and bottom line delivery) and people focused elements of the business.
