Managing dine by Peter Gordon will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your extensive fine dining qualifications and experience, leadership capabilities, tuned communication skills and extensive NZ and international wine and food knowledge. You will be a passionate and cultured Restaurant Management managing operational, financial (Revenue development, budgeting, forecasting, expense management and P & L top and bottom line delivery) and people focused elements of the business. You will also demonstrate a cooperative alignment and leadership delivery of a signature Chef’s ethos and spirit.
You will maximise value and financial returns for the business through; ensuring complete guest satisfaction and progressive service delivery through high energy personal input and impact into the daily operation of the restaurant, leading, developing and nurturing your team to evolve service delivery, maintaining and developing effective relationships internally and within industry and through managing revenue and growth of the business.
You will work closely with an energetic and highly driven support services team within the Grand Hotel and SKYCITY Auckland Ltd and will also enjoy a variety of company benefits only a large corporate can provide.
