The award winners of each of the major “of the year” categories at the New Zealand Culinary Fare were announced recently - covering such prestigious titles as NZ Restaurant of the Year 2008, NZ Chef of the Year 2008, NZ Service Professional of the Year 2008 and NZ Sommelier of the Year 2008.
