This may be because of Drunkenness, Excessive drinking, Violent behaviour, Quarrelsome behaviour, Insulting behaviour, Disorderly behaviour, Threatening behaviour, Possession of drugs or possession of weapons.

The notice is given pursuant to the Trespass Act 1980 and is for a period of 24 months. One copy is given to the offender, one to the police and one to be kept on the premises.
